Everything was excellent, truly enjoyed our great stay. The staff was supper friendly and welcoming. The rooms were modern and huge here with a pull out double couch bed and TV and a much better serviceable condition. The hotel met expectations.

This hotel was vacation base for exploring Palmerston North, liked it and property’s polite and exceptional staff who gave an excellent personal service. The location was central, unbeatable in high heels.

The room I booked was supposed to have been recently cleaned finding hair in the basin and available with a spare single bed. The location was favourable and ideal, next to the English pub across the road and the town centre and restaurants.

I recently stayed at a motel in Palmerston North and was pleasantly surprised by the location. It was conveniently located near shops and easy to find. The owner upgraded my accommodation to a beautiful apartment which was clean, modern, and stylish. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved sitting outside on the little patio. The owners were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would recommend this motel for its great location and quality accommodations.

The staff were lovely, friendly and talkative, which was welcoming. The room was well presented, clean and tidy. The spa bath was a great feature. It was close to the Palmerston North main city shops, only a 5 minute drive and even closer to takeaway places, video stores and pubs. It was a great place for a quiet weekend away.

well decorated rooms with electric blankets. comfy bed, central heating, flat-screen tv and a microwave oven. location very close to close to shops and easy to find and high heels and eateries.

Our room was brand-new and high standard, included with bathroom and large shower, for instance. The location was comfy and unbeatable for exploring this shopping area, so close to the city center, all the shops, and grocery shopping.

The attention to detail was impressive, especially in the well-appointed rooms with a very comfortable bed and quality linen. The staff provided excellent service and were always willing to offer assistance and information on the area. Moreover, the convenient location close to all the shops and supermarkets made it a perfect choice.

No negatives, everything was satisfactory.

Having a spa bath was a fun luxury.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The room was clean and stylishly decorated, with all the necessary equipment in the kitchenette. We also appreciated the option to order meals in the room. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to a variety of shops and eateries, making it easy to pick up food on the go. Parking was also a breeze, with plenty of spots available.

For us, the location was just right, as it allowed us to visit family without having to travel too far. this hotel was ideal for our needs.
